An Inflatable Tent for Winter Alpinists
Current 4-season extreme weather tents face two key design limitations. Seconds without gloves on can be the difference between frostbite or not. This project aims to address these issues by focusing on a single question: how can we make tent setup and takedown simpler and without taking gloves off?
By using an inflatable structure with an integrated pump, the setup is simplified and the process is sped up significantly. All valves are designed with an oversized ribbed grip for easy handling.
